Acceptance

MMN Mastering Studio reserves the right to partially or fully modify the terms and conditions outlined below without prior notice.

By choosing to work with MMN Mastering Studio, the user/client accepts all terms and conditions presented herein and is obliged to read this webpage in its entirety upon each new visit to the website moomin.de .it.

If the user/client refuses to accept these conditions, MMN Mastering Studio reserves the right to deny access to its services.

Approvals

 

(Work Closure) Once the PMCD or DDPi has been delivered, or the high-resolution file(s) has been uploaded for download, the client has 15 days to request any modifications or corrections. After this period, the studio considers the work completed and fully approved by the client. Any further modifications will require a new session, to be quoted in terms of time and cost.

Responsibilities of MMN Mastering StudioThe studio assumes no responsibility for usage limitations, profit losses, third-party claims (e.g., copyright, publishing, etc.), or delays in the delivery of work.

For any disputes arising with the user/client, MMN Mastering Studio’s liability is limited to the agreed sum.

The studio is not responsible for files uploaded to the server during the upload phase or while stored on the server. Files on the server may be deleted without notice. The studio does not assume any responsibility for network speed performance nor guarantees the continuity of the service.

Backup and Storage

 

MMN Mastering Studio provides a duplicate backup of the work: one for the client and one stored in MMN Mastering Studio’s archives for one Month from the work’s delivery date.MMN Mastering Studio accepts no responsibility for the partial or total loss or damage of the backup. The backup delivered to the client must be reviewed and accepted by the client upon payment of the agreed and previously quoted amount. MMN Mastering Studio also accepts no responsibility for damage to your hardware (e.g., hard drives, DVDs, CDs, etc.) provided for the work.

Payment Terms

 

For standard services, payment must be made upon receipt of the invoice.For amounts exceeding €400, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due upon delivery of the work.Payment can be made via bank transfer (preferred) or PayPal (including credit cards without a PayPal account).For online services, the user/client must pay the agreed amount before downloading any files (e.g., mp3, wav, aif, etc.).
